\n Foundation of Gebr\u00fcder Munzert<\/p>\n

The company Gebr\u00fcder Munzert was founded in 1925 by the brothers Heinrich and Georg Munzert. At that time, 8 weaving looms were used to produce damask and garment fabrics.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

1950 \u2013 1993<\/p>\n

In the 1950s, the founders\u2019 sons, Arno and Gerold Munzert, took over the management. The product range changed from cotton damask to upholstery and decorative fabrics. The company grew steadily. In 1990, Arno Munzert retired from his position in the management. His son Klaus took over his place.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In 1993, Gerold Munzert handed over the commercial management to Bernd Kout. Since that time, Klaus Munzert and Bernd Kout have been shaping the company\u2019s philosophy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

At the end of 2020 Mr. Klaus Munzert takes his leave and retires as CEO.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
