We are particularly proud of our in-house fabric inspection. In the so-called “grey cloth inspection” every woven metre of fabric is meticulously checked for faults. Nothing escapes the trained eye of our female fabric inspectors.
Woven fabric faults are sewn as far as possible. Our ladies mark non-removable defects clearly visible at the fabric edge and compensate them. Only pieces which meet our strict quality standards are released for subsequent finishing. Our finishing partners in the vicinity check the fabric again after finishing. Thanks to extensive controls, we can guarantee the highest quality.
