Warping is the first step in the actual production process. Here, the warps are made, on which the fabrics will be produced later by inserting the weft yarns into the weaving machine. For production of one warp, between 360 and 720 bobbins are attached. The finished warp is inserted into a warp beam in the weaving machine.

To ensure flexibility in the production, it is necessary to keep completely warped warps in the interim storage. About 200 warps are stored at present.
